Tons of jaw-dropping action with little plot or character development to get in its way. Watching these guys move is a revelation. A must for Jackie Chan and Tony Jaa fans.
Plot: Empress Wan harbors forbidden desires for her stepson, Prince Wu Luan. But the Emperor is no fool, and dispatches murderers that ultimately fail to kill Wu Lian. When the Emperor proclaims a big banquet, Wu Luan and Wan realize it is time to strike.
Plot: Upon his father's death, a poor boy seeks out his father's friend and receives assistance from him and his employer. Because of his martial arts prowess, he gets hired by the local police and gets tricked into betraying his previous benefactors.
This film is an amazing achievement in both storytelling and fight choreography. The director's simple, economical camera setups mirror the brutal efficiency of the karate on display here. A wonderful breath of fresh air in the martial arts genre.
Plot: Two documentaries on 1 disc, including "Bruce Lee, The Legend" and "Bruce Lee: The Man And The Legend". Also includes the first ever translation of Bruce Lee's commentary: recorded just before he died.
A pretty cool documentary with tons of footage of Bruce Lee teaching and training at his home. Great interview footage with Bruce, and overall a ton of video and info. you won't find anywhere else.
Wong Kar-Wai allegedly made this picture as a creative exercise between other big projects...however we feel that this is absolutely his best work. A must for all film lovers.

A pretty mediocre film, but one that is thankfully jam-packed with must-see martial arts by the amazing Jacky Wu Jing. Some really fresh choreography too, good fun!
