There's nothing profound here, but the artistic power and creativity of the visuals is truly stunning. Each frame is a beautifully composed by DP Jonathan Sela, and director Kitamura's choices are fresh and exciting.
This film is really made for kids. In that context, it's an easy recommendation, as the story and action are fun, and the visuals are really attractive. Just don't expect much more.
