A pseudo-sequel to the “Young And Dangerous” series, however we feel it is simply an embarrassment. Low production values, a poor script, and genuinely irritating characters combine to form an amazing synergy of truly bad cinema.

The infrequent and sloppy action scenes don't help this incoherent and tiresome drivel. Only recommended for Cynthia Khan and Anthony Wong completists.
