Though the similarities to "Who Am I?" are sometimes a bit much, the larger-than-life action scenes make for an incredibly fun experience.
Steven Seagal is laughable in his usual way-too-serious character. Some nice fight sequences here and there, but otherwise the film just treads water in a sea of familiar cliches and various semi-boring slo-mo battles.
Although the characters and plot are paper thin, this film redeems itself in its creative action sequences. Jet Li's lightning fast precision moves are impressive as always, and the fight choreography is fresh and enjoyable.
