Nearly everything about this film is totally irritating--from the nonstop, loud metal music, to the all-around horrible acting, to the plot holes, to the cheesily CGI'd martial arts (why hire Jet Li if you're just going to ruin everything with CGI?).
We were simply shocked by the jaw-dropping martial arts scenes in this sequel, which is ten times more fun than its predecessor. Check your brain at the door, and witness some of the finest and funnest fight scenes ever put on film. A real surprise, and a true must-see for fu fans.
