Plot:	On his first case with the L.A.P.D., Sammo uncovers a plot concocted by international super-criminal Lee Hei to sell a giant shipment of fake diamonds that are so perfect that they will go undetected and ruin the world diamond market.
Overview:	On his first case with the L.A.P.D., Sammo uncovers a plot concocted by international super-criminal Lee Hei to sell a giant shipment of fake diamonds that are so perfect that they will go undetected and ruin the world diamond market. Sammo's beautiful young protaege from the Chinese police, Chin Pei Pei, has infiltrated Lee Hei's organization and puts herself in grave danger by slipping clues to Sammo in order to bring the gangster down. Sammo, Dana and Louis must expose Lee hei's criminal plot and do battle with an army of thugs in order to save Pei Pei's life. Meanwhile, Louis' girlfriend mistakenly assumes they are getting married.
