This is a very impressive film. The production quality is outstanding. The characters feel very real and fleshed out, and they really get under your skin. Very memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.
Plot: Society Big Boss Chuen smuggles a pristine set of counterfeit U.S. currency plates into Hong Kong, but after they are stolen they wind up in the unwitting hands of a local bookworm.

Plot: Stephen Chow plays a shyster with an equally eccentric kung-fu ace of a wife, hilariously played by Anita Mui Yim-fong. Accompanied by Chow's number one screen sidekick, Ng Man-tat, he manages to bring justice to the court and laughter to the viewer.

We really disliked this film. The action scenes looked like rehearsals--very slow and performed without any energy. A paradoxically bad effort from an undeniably gifted cast and crew.

This fun old-schooler features plenty of acrobatic fights and some nice training sequences. A solid kung fu feature from the Shaw Brothers.
Pretty good martial arts thriller with a somewhat lacking plot and characters. Recommended if you like action and martial arts.
