Plot:	A serial killer is videotaping his female victims' lives--and deaths. But with detective Dakota "Dak" Smith (Fred Williamson) and his partner Kristen O'Conner (Cynthia Rothrock) on the case, the killer's time is running out.
Overview:	A media-obsessed serial killer terrorizes the city by videotaping every detail of his female victims' lives, from the intimate details of their sexual relationships to the brutal way in which he murders them. The killer crosses paths with burned-out homicide detective Dakota "Dak" Smith (Fred Williamson of "Original Gangstas", "From Dusk Till Dawn", "Black Caesar"), who becomes determined to eliminate the menace by any means necessary. With his ultra-tough new partner Kristen O'Conner (Cynthia Rothrock of "Deep Cover", "Martial Law", "China O'Brien") and Detective Teak Taylor (Robert Forster of "Jackie Brown", "Mulholland Drive", "Stunts"), Dak Smith begins a journey that leads into the darkest recesses of the media, the mob, the Catholic Church, and the police force itself.
