Plot:	When his partner is murdered by sadistic drug dealers, narcotics cop Shiro Tanaka (Sho Kosugi) vows revenge. Disobeying orders, he tracks the killers from Singapore to Buenos Aires, using all his powers to destroy a battalion of highly trained terrorists.
