This is a memorable Stephen Chow film, and Andy Lau is fun to watch in an atypical, uptight nerd role. Keep an eye out for Stephen Chow wearing the "I Am Naked" body suit...a real class act. :)
To be honest, we couldn't make sense of the story. But the fights are excellent and very frequent. A blast of a martial arts flick!
