Plot:	When Billy returns home from reformatory, he finds he is an outsider to his elder brother Joe, now a local track star. Overview:	Billy returns home from reformatory after being implicated in a car theft with Louie. His mother is overjoyed, but Billy is an outsider to his elder brother Joe, who is a track star in the county. Louie tries to get Billy back to the old days, which leads to conflict between the brothers. The conflict, which however turns out to be rivalry, begins to draw them closer to each other when they now play on the running tracks. Representing two high schools, the only true contenders in the race for championship are Billy and Joe...
