Overview:	After his service in the army, Li Shi Cheong travels from the southern part of the island to Taipei to look for his missing sister. With her last address, he gets to know, Rolly, a fake products salesman, and an old retired soldier Wu who struggles to support the family... Li searches throughout Taipei, but he does not have enough clues to track her trail. Nevertheless, he has a chance to come across all sorts of unscrupulous activities associated with any prosperous city. he discovers the real world under whitewash.
