Many actors from the first film return as different characters in this sequel, but it just feels like an inferior rehash of the first film. Rosamund Kwan definitely wins the award for World's Most Annoying Person. But even though we don't like it much, this film is on most people's top ten, so we have to suggest that you check it out!
Though the subject matter of this film is close to that of the Young And Dangerous series (in fact it shares several characters), its effectiveness is hampered by its failure to make us care about any of its characters.
