The fights here (and there are plenty!) are very well choreographed and all the fighters move quickly and gracefully. Highly recommended for martial arts cinema fans who can do without the "cinema".
The documentary portion of the film is fantastic. Unfortunately, the "short film" segments are irritating, insufficiently lit, and not of much interest.
This was no masterpiece, but it certainly exceeds expectations, is fun, and has some excellent action. The best part, however, is the outrageous foley. Every time anyone moves so much as a finger, there's a loud "swoosh" sound. Unintentionally hilarious!
