Overview:	Wennila (Anglie-leon Leung), an Interpol agent makes a narrow escape while investigating the pharmacological conspiracy of maniacal scientist (Roy Chiao) on a container ship, Dragon Gem. Due to her failure, Commissioner TSO (CHO DAT WAH) intends to recruit someone for the mission. Attending a show in a nightclub, he is delighted and surprised by the great resemblance between transfiguration specialist Shek (Dean Shek) and the Japanese drug merchant invited to visit the Dragon Gem. He reckons Shek to be the ideal substitute to gather further information...
