Clearly a must for Stephen Chow fans. However, this film's intelligent script and toned-down humor will definitely appeal to a broader audience.
Stephen Chow scores yet again with this hilarious comedy in the tradition of his classics from the early 90's. He plays a nationally renowned "King of Pranks" in 19th century China.
Not quite up to the normal Stephen Chow standards--and Shu Qui's "pouting duck" face is much over-used--but a good time nonetheless. Recommended for fans of any of the lead actors.
