| Plot: | A top secret agent (Sho Kosugi) must travel to Malta to retrieve sensitive equipment from a downed fighter plane, all the while fending off bad guys (including Jean-Claude Van Damme) who will stop at nothing to get the goods themselves.

| Overview: | There are no armies. There is no glory. This fight is one on one.
After a top secret American fighter plane crashes into the sea near Malta, the US government asks their top secret agent, Ken Tani (Sho Kosugi), to travel there to retrieve the secret equipment onboard before it falls into enemy hands. However, he refuses, since he has promised his two sons he would take them on a vacation. The government quickly gets what they want by kidnapping his two sons and sending them to Malta, forcing Ken to travel there and do as he's told.
Once there, Ken must split his time between his mission, and pretending to be on vacation with his sons. But the bad guys he's up against are willing to stop at nothing to get what they want. And the fact that his two sons are there ends up being more of a liability than a bonus after the bad guys learn of this and exploit it to forward their own cause.
