Plot:	The FBI is forced to intervene after the $100 gang that controls Manhattan no longer shies from murder to collect its payments. After 12-year-old Billy sees the shooter and the gan boss, Jerry Cotton devises a daredevil plan to ensnare them...
Overview:	The FBI is forced to intervene after the $100 gang that controls Manhattan no longer shies from murder to collect its payments. Jerry Cotton witnesses a murder attempt, but helps the victim escape. Since 12-year-old Billy saw the sharpshooter and the gang's boss, he is in mortal danger. It is Jerry Cotton's duty to protect Billy while trying to catch the gangsters. But the clever and scheming gangster boss kills all the informants who could possibly turn him in. Only Billy is left. Jerry Cotton devises a daredevil plan to ensnare the ruthless murderer...
