Overview:	10 years ago police detective Mickey McCardle put Mark, a ferocious killer, behind bars. But now Mark has escaped from his high security mental institution and swears to take bloody revenge. Mark spares no time getting back to work. All his victims share two things in common: they are all killed in the same brutal, ritualistic way; and all are into the heavy metal scene. After a staged car accident, the mentally insane killer is officially declared dead. But police detective McCardle knows better. He is determined to be Mark's next victim...
