| Overview: | Prom Night, 1957. Mary Lou Maloney - the leading contender for the coveted Hamilton High Prom Queen title is there with her boyfriend Bill Nordham. Later that evening Bill catches Mary Lou backstage with someone else and his anger consumes him. Humiliated in front of his peers he sets out to get even and, hiding above the stage, he throws a stink bomb at her as she wins the title. A spark from the bomb ignites her dress and she goes up in flames, turning her into a human torch.
Thirty years pass...
Bill Nordham is now the principal of Hamilton High and he has managed to keep his terrible deed a secret for all these years. His son Craig is dating Vicki Carpenter - the leading contender for the 1987 Prom Queen title. Whilst searching in the school's prop and costume room Vicki unearths a trunk containing the accessories of the late Mary Lou. With this discovery, Vicki's personality changes and she begins to have visions and premonitions, complete with flashbacks to the 1950s. It's not until one of her friends is found dead of an apparent suicide that the real story begins to emerge - Mary Lou Maloney is in possession of Vicki's body and she is trying to come back and enact her terrible revenge on the students of Hamilton High.
HELLO MARY LOU, PROM NIGHT II stars cult favourite actor Michael Ironside (TOTAL RECALL, HIGHLANDER 2, STARSHIP TROOPERS) and will appeal to all horror film aficionados.
