Nick Cheung again finds himself surrounded by B-actors wading through a bland and meandering script. His uniquely hilarious brand of comedy does come through in several spots, but we're still anxiously awaiting the movie that will give him his chance to shine.
One of the best of this somewhat unusual genre that is a sole creation of HK film makers.
While there's really not much racing in this film, it is a fair drama with creative direction and some interesting characters. Similar to Full Throttle in many ways, but overall, inferior.
Even Sam Lee can't save this one. This film just barely limps past the finish line at a meager 85 minutes, at which time you feel like you've been watching it for an eternity...
