Quite simply, this is one of our favorite films of all time. Everything about it is rich, organic, and three dimensional. At times hilarious, moving, and pensive, but always unforgettable.

Plot: In 1595 during a war between Russia and Sweden, two brothers commit a sin when they leave a young girl to die a horrible death. But as the girl returns to haunt them, they attempt to find solace in a village sauna where all sins are washed away.
