It's no masterpiece, but this fun romp is enjoyably reminiscent of the golden age of wacky HK comedies, back when it was about the comedy rather than lame teen pop-idols.
This is a hilarious crime caper on a par with the best of 'em. It's a non-stop rollercoaster of style and fun and excitement and surprising twists, without the annoying slow spots that so often bog down caper films.
Not quite up to the normal Stephen Chow standards--and Shu Qui's "pouting duck" face is much over-used--but a good time nonetheless. Recommended for fans of any of the lead actors.
