This film is a classic, filled with a wonderful cast of quirky, oddball characters, and featuring a lovely, haunting score based on the original (award-winning) song "I Am Calling You".
An odd but engaging film about a man's last days with his friends and family. There's not much plot; it's mostly just a kind of celebration of the man's life, which unfortunately we didn't find to be all that fascinating or celebration-worthy.
One of John Carpenter's best films, and a guaranteed hit for any fans of martial arts films or horror-comedies. Kurt Russell's jackass-with-a-heart-of-gold is hilarious.
This film is really fun, but it isn't just your average HK insanity; it's entertaining and fun because it's well-written and very well acted. Jordan Chan (of Young And Dangerous fame) proves his versatility in this gory comedy about a group of people trapped in a mall after hours being stalked by zombies; and Sam Lee is hilarious as always!
