This film has gained cult status and immense popularity, and excellent reviews from everywhere, but we feel it is absolutely awful. It seems like a very bad direct-to-video effort.
The mark of a great horror film is when it transitions from "unbearably creepy suspense" to "stuff finally happens". That is where this film fails, because when "stuff finally happens", it's usually laughably un-scary and confusing stuff. But what can you expect from a film with "kaka" and "shi..." in the title?
