Unintentionally hilarious all-star take on the old "And Then There Were None" story. The stale plot's full of holes, but it's fun to mock because it takes itself so seriously.
As fans of the series (which completely derailed in Part 6), this is a very special film to us. Halloween returns to its roots in this very effective installement, delivering enjoyable dialog, characters, storyline, and scares.
It's hard to watch a film like this, that focuses entirely on severely depressed and/or dysfunctional people. But if you can bear the content, the filmmaking is excellent.
