Normal delivery time to most parts of Western Europe and developed Asia is 8-14 business days but varies depending on your local postal system and may take up to 45 days. International Standard is insured to some countries, and not others. Please carefully read our International Shipping Policies. CANADA STANDARD ($3.75 Per Disc) Shipped via an expedited version of airmail, final delivery is made by CanadaPost. Delivery times depend solely on CanadaPost and may take up to 45 days in rare circumstances. FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY Delivery is typically made between 2-4 business days after shipping. Insured and trackable. NOTE: Packages may instead be sent via USPS Global Express (EMS) at our discretion! DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES Our USPS Shipping options all offer delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation, however, is not insurance, and simply provides indication that the package has been delivered. Under no circumstances shall HKFlix be obligated to refund or replace shipments that are reported as being successfully delivered by the carrier. If you are at all concerned about postal loss, theft, or extended delays, we highly recommend FedEx/Express shipping. ECONOMY: We will replace lost packages after 60 days only if the delivery confirmation does not indicate that a delivery was made. Do not select this option if you are in a hurry, as we can do nothing to speed things up once your package is shipped. STANDARD: We will replace lost packages after 30 days if the delivery confirmation does not indicate that a delivery was made. TRANSIT TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED: no refunds for packages delivered after scheduled delivery times. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES EXPRESS: These shipments are automatically insured and remain our responsibility until you receive them. If you are at all concerned about postal loss, theft, or extended delays, we highly recommend Express shipping. INTERNATIONAL STANDARD / CANADA STANDARD: These shipments are not trackable, but we will replace packages to insured countries (list below) if you do not receive them within 45 days of shipping. If your country is not on the list below, your package is your responsibility after it has been mailed. Under no circumstances shall HKFlix be obligated to refund or replace uninsured packages that are lost or confiscated by your local post or customs. Every country has their own laws pertaining to duties and taxes. To find out if any additional fees will be added to your order at HKFlix, we suggest you contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, we have no access to that information. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees for which you are liable in your country. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to merchandise held by customs officials. We cannot declare parcels as a "gift". Any request to do so will be ignored. At our discretion, we may upgrade your shipment free of charge to FedEx Economy. Insurance claims for non-delivery must be made within 90 days of order shipment. SPLIT SHIPMENTS Unlike most other retailers, we do not charge you anything extra for split shipments. Orders containing a mix of in-stock items and out-of-stock items (such as backorders, pre-orders, and special order items) will be split into multiple shipments to get them to you quickly. The first shipment will be sent via the shipping method you select during checkout. Any subsequent shipments will be shipped at no extra cost to you via a shipping method of our choice (usually equivalent to Economy shipping), and may not be insured or trackable.
