Interact is the section of the HKFlix site where users can do just that. We'll outline some of the features and how to use them below. Also See: Interact Guidelines. REVIEWS Also called "Viewer Comments", these are film reviews written by our customers and affiliates. You can write a review about any film in our catalog by clicking the megaphone link on any product page--it says "tell us what you think of this film!" right next to it. Remember to log in first. Once a review is published on the site, other users may submit comments on the review. Commentors can either agree or disagree with the review, and can leave an optional short comment to back up their opinion. We currently allow only one comment per person per review. If you have more to say, or want a more lengthy back-and-forth with another user, then try our newest feature... DISCUSSIONS This is a great place to talk about a specific film. You can start a Discussion by clicking the link on any product page--it says "start a Discussion about this film!" Once logged in, you'll be able to start your Discussion. A Discussion can be about any aspect of the film that you wish to debate, and we currently allow up to 100 replies to any Discussion. Unlike Review Comments, the original author can reply, and other users can reply as many times as they want to the same Discussion. If you want to talk about something other than a specific film in our catalog, then try... BLOGS Blogs are similar to Discussions, they work pretty much the same, except that they don't have to be related to a specific film in our catalog. You can start a Blog about pretty much anything you want--your top 10 films, what you ate for breakfast, who your favorite director is, or just a simple request for information from your fellow film fans. Once logged in, you can start a Blog from the Blogs tab of your Profile Page. Want a particular user to read/reply to your Blog? Then try... INVITES Once logged in, while viewing any of your own Reviews, Discussions or Blogs, you can Invite other users to read and reply to what you've written. Just click the link to "Invite Your Faves To Comment On This...". You can only invite each person once per Review/Discussion/Blog, and you can only invite people that you've added to your... FAVES While logged in and browsing the Interact section of our site, you can add other Users, Discussions and Blogs to your list of Faves. Faves functions like bookmarks, allowing you to easily keep track of certain people and content directly from the Faves tab in Your Profile. If you come across a Review or Discussion you like, just click the author's name to go to their Profile Page, where you'll see a link to "Add User To Faves". That's all there is to it. Once another user is in your Faves, you have quick access to their Profile Page and any of their recent writing. HKFlix Interact was initially launched September 22, 2008.
