This page is here to explain our policies on FlixBux (store credit). There are really two kinds of FlixBux, and each is handled a bit differently. Please refer to the sections below for details. 1. PROMOTIONAL FLIXBUX This is store credit awarded to you by HKFlix staff, or as part of our FLIXBUX BACK program. This type of FlixBux expires after 30 days of issuance. * Promotional FlixBux issued as part of our FLIXBUX BACK program are subject to immediate revocation for returns, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, or other similar circumstances at our discretion. 2. REFUNDED FLIXBUX This is store credit issued to you as the result of a prepayment for something that never shipped, or as an authorized refund of some kind. This type of FlixBux expires after one year of account inactivity (no orders placed). * * The actual timeframe before deletion of unused/expired FlixBux may vary, but will never be less than the periods specified above.
