A very silent movie that shows a lot of emotions and different ways to deal with them.

While I was skeptical at first to let the oddball characters of "Lost And Found" in, the end product truly amzed me. The acting is head on, and the emotion displayed in these lost souls capture the essence of what it truly means to be "found". A definite BUY.

This is my favourite movie in the world. I have seen it many times and I can still sit and watch the movie again. This is not a conventional HK movie, where boy meets girl dying and falls in love, etc... This is a good structured movie with a great cast. However, this point is debatable as Kelly Chen's acting was very stiff and boring, but her character was good. Not only is this movie good, Mark Liu did a very good job with the soundtrack. This is a movie that may seem boring, but it is worth watching even if you are not a big fan of these movies.

Private detective Worm (Takeshi) is hired by Kelly to help her findhope. Through flashback, we find out what she means. Not quite as strong as Lee Chi Ngai's other UFO efforts, but still very enjoyable. The well constructed narrative makes generous use of voiceovers to move the story along, making the audience feel like it's being let in on a secret, and adds in just a touch of whimsey to the life affirming tale. Takeshi puts in a great performance as always, and Michael does a pretty good job. I'm still not sure how to rate Kelly's acting. She maintains a near poker face throughout the film, which works well with the voiceovers, but it could have just been wooden acting.

Lost And Found - quirky romance probably isn't a genre most people associate with Hong Kong. This is a film that shows that the film makers can be just as playful and inventive when there's no Kung Fu in sight.
