Overview:	Out of jail after serving 12 years for murder, ex-assassin Don (Louis Koo) is asked to kill a presidential forerunner by his buddies Max (Julian Cheung) and Chan Hung (Simon Yam). When Don refuses the job, he is made the obvious suspect after the candidate is assassinated. Now Don is being hunted by both the police and his two friends, who may or may not have masterminded the murder themselves. Directed by Hong Kong Ace Director Ringo Lam (City On Fire, Maximum Risk, and Full Contact), The Suspect is both a tense political thriller and an action spectacle. Filled with Lam's trademark violent shootouts, astonishing car chases, and gritty meditations on the dark side of human nature, The Suspect is the one to catch.
