The second installment of this the Back to School series. There is much room for improvement in this sequel. Too many jokes were recycled and a lot of the jokes were watered down. The movie lost my interest too many times and I eventually got to see the whole thing in its entirety a week later. But if you are collecting Stephen Chow movies, this is needed to complete the Back to School series.

Chow voluntarily goes back undercover to try to restore his good name after mouthing off to the chief of the HK Police. Almost as good as the original!
