Film Facts:City Hunter

Even though Jackie Chan's character is based off of Ryu Saeba in the Japanese comic "City Hunter," his name in the film is not Ry Saeba. In the movie, his character name is "Man Bor." Therefore, whenever you hear anyone in the film say "Man Bor," they are referring to Jackie Chan's character. His assistant's name is not Kaori (or "Carrie" in other versions). It's more like "Wai Ha." Since this takes place in Hong Kong and is a Hong Kong film, Japanese names had to be changed to Chinese names.
