Plot:	A mentally-challenged homeless person picks up an abandoned baby girl at the garbage dump and adopts her as his own. When she grows up to be a successful singer, her only dream is for her "papa to hear her sing".
Overview:	Uncle Dumb, a retired soldier who now makes a living as a garbage collector, finds an abandoned baby girl Ah Mei. When he decides to raise her, his girlfriend decides to leave him. Luckily, his neighbors are very helpful and they live like a big family. As Uncle Dumb was a bugler in the army, Ah Mei is brought up to the tune Uncle Dumb played. After finishing high school, Ah Mei works as a singer. Later on she becomes popular. Her boss wants to ask Uncle Dumb to leave her and prevent Ah Mei from meeting Uncle Dumb, which makes Uncle Dumb miss the girl very much and feel very ill. When he passes away in the hospital, Ah Mei, who can’t see him for the last time...
