Overview:	This sequel to "Off Track (1990)," stars Julian Cheung Chi-Lam as a car magazine writer by day, and street racer by night. His arch rival, Lion King, enjoys taking scalding hot baths in order to increase his pain threshold. With the help of veteran racer, Doctor, Cheung Ho-Yi is a cop assigned to stop the two from terrorizing the streets.
