Overview:	Smart Boy & Big Eyes are happy foes, and idly cheat one another to make a living. One day, they meet and injured man who has a secret for them. He knows a man, Wu Ching Chi, in Chima City who knows the secret hiding place of some precious gems. The two agree to team up, and head to Chima City. But the sadistic General Wu is on their trail, and he wants the gems for himself.
