Disappointing. I expected much better from Tsui Hark. A few big names, but kind of lame action, not a great story.

In this Saturday afternoon matinee el supremo, old Uncle Choy and two kids try to save Manchuria from a plot to topple the government. Sure, it's a comic book held together with scotch tape and safety pins, but it's also a no-holds-barred pastiche of war movie cliches can't help but leave you smiling.
