Overview:	Based on the popular and well-known play written by Molière. Tiangi is a woodcutter who often gets drunk and batters his wife, Dannqui. One day, Dannqui is beaten and decides to take revenge on her husband. At this time, an old servant Laoge is sent by Luohanguo, a rich local merchant, to look for a doctor to cure his daughter who is taken ill. Danngui realizes this is her opportunity to set up her husband by setting him up as a learned, albeit somewhat eccentric, physician.
