An average, cop ensemble flick. A band of loser cops (including the three-months from retirement old-timer) get a new female leader, and the plot balances elements from "Sea Of Love" with a hunt for a group of deadly robbers; the opening is somewhat gory. There's a decent twist here and there, but it all plays out as expected. Francis Ng is very restrained, but he's still the reason to watch and has some midly humorous moments. Not an A-title (hardly original) but not a bad way to spend 90 minutes.
