| Plot: | When their father bequeaths them the family business, two ne'er-do-well brothers square off for control of the office.

| Overview: | Kwai and Fu are brothers, although Kwai was raised in America and Fu in Hong Kong. After the death of their father, Kwai was asked to take over half of his father's properties but Fu was not willing to share. He sends Horny, Frank and Kai to befriend Kwai in order to ruin his reputation. The three pals fail in their mission and become good friends with Kwai. Will the two brothers ever make peace and fulfill their father's wishes?
