Plot:	A woman named Ko (Ko So-Young) lives alone in her apartment. All is well until her neighbors begin dying, one by one, always just after the lights go out at 9:56pm. Overview:	Sae-Jin, a young woman who lives in an apartment in a Seoul suburb, amuses herself by observing the windows of the apartments on the other side.
