Plot:	A young martial artist opens up a school in a town overrun by gangsters. Overview:	A local neighborhood and market are overrun by a gang of Triads who extort protection money from the local merchants and control the police. A young man comes to the town and opens a martial arts training gym in the hopes of helping the local youth and community.
