| Plot: | Inspector Lee (Danny Lee) led a special unit in the Police Traffic Branch. His team focused on the car gangs. During an operation, one of Lee's subordinates was killed by the gang. Lee was determined that he would arrest the murderers...

| Overview: | Lee, a Senior Inspector of Police Enforcement and Control Unit under the Traffic section, gets to know a lovely kindergarten boy, Bobby. Bobby later is badly wounded in a traffic accident, which is made by Billy, a spoiled rich young man who always has nothing constructive to do, but to play around, especially to race car with some illegal car racers. He even makes another traffic accident, in which one of Lee's colleagues is dead. This drives Lee so mad that he makes up his mind to put Billy and the rest of those illegal car racers behind bars.
