Wonderfully berserk, the plot goes in all manner of directions, mostly at random times. Plenty of mostly naked and swimsuit-clad girls running around killing zombie teachers and getting covered in fountains of blood. Totally silly, completely exploitative, and more fun than a truckload of excitable puppies. Not a big budget, but they go whole hog on the crazy and the boobs which makes the movie just plain fun, more fun than most domestic movies with budgets that are probably fifty to one hundred times larger.

This film is a hoot from beginning to end. Unencumbered by such technicalities as a coherent plot and with laughably bad sub-titling--hey! who cares? If you like your Japanese girls young and pretty, running around gratuitously scantily clad in school uniforms or even scantier swim-suits, then this is for you! Throw in zombies, cannibalistic ghouls, mad doctors and a crazed chain-saw wielding English teacher (whose command of English is abominable) and you still only have half the picture. Our well-endowed junior high school heroine, Aki, and her class-mate, Sayaka, have problems not only with their now murderous class-mates and teachers, but also with keeping their clothing on--be it school uniform or swim-suits! Add gallons of spurting blood and gore, severed arms and legs flying in all directions... School-girl splatter meets pinku eiga--a genre all on its own--I'd recommend this thoroughly entertaining low-budget lunacy to anyone broad-minded enough to appreciate this sort of film.

Okay, some ass and breast. Beautiful women in swimsuits with horror and action, but this movie would have been much better if [the HK DVD] was not censored!

"Girls Rebel Force" has all the ingredients to be a fun piece of grindhouse/exploitation entertainment. Zombies! Hot girls! Water terrorists! (Huh?) The pied piper of masturbation! (Wait, what?) Assault swim gear! (Where did that come from?) With all these ingredients the movie does manage to pull off some surprises and some (seemingly deliberate) laughs.

The script seems written in such a way as to rotate between scenes of gratuitous nudity and ridiculous bloodshed like clockwork. That shouldn't be a bad thing. Nevertheless, this movie feels quite long despite its brief (79 minutes) running time. I found myself checking how much was left repeatedly throughout.

I didn't hate it, but I can't say I'd recommend it. It has some moderately entertaining scenes but ultimately gets pretty tedious. If you do start watching it, though, make sure you finish it. The over-the-top ending almost redeems what preceded it.
