| Plot: | This thriller begins at a remote hot springs resort, as a female university student receives a mysterious call warning her to escape immediately or her legs will be amputated. The film then flashes back to bring us up to this point--and beyond.

| Overview: | Ashikari is famous for hot springs. Rumor has it that an ancient ritual hides, and villagers will make a living sacrifice with young women's legs. Shiyori (Nao Matsushita) is a college student who has just broken up with her boyfriend. She goes there to mend her broken heart. She stays home alone for rest. Suddenly the home runs out of electricity and the phone rings. She answers and an unknown man shouts, "Just get the hell out of there! They'll cut your leg off!" The originally kind villagers suddenly become crazy; they start to surround Shiyori's room. Shiyori asks her friend Yayoi (Nakagawa Shoko) to investigate about Ashikari, and terrified Yayoi finds out that Ashikari doesn't exist. You must be aware of Aiko! Is the whole incident under the planning of Aiko? Curtain for an endless night of horror just rises...
