| Plot: | Two goofy cops investigate a crime syndicate ringleader, who has kept details of his illegal activities in a book he's given to his mistress. Unfortunately, the cops find the mistress dead but a beautiful woman shows up and helps them with their case.

| Overview: | Beethoven and Achioo are ordered to investigate Ha, a smuggler and drug dealer. They know that all details of his activities are in a book that he has given to his mistress. With help from an informant, they locate the mistress who is dead. Fortunately, a mysterious woman shows up and helps the duo solve the case.
