Mr. Boo, who is a mastermind in the forensic department of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force, is an absent-minded and scruffy husband at home. Despite his tremendous success in his work, he is at the verge of losing his beautiful and young wife to a handsome, billionaire Yang.
Through an investigation into a sensational bank robbery. Mr. Boo befriends two silly detectives John and Richard. The two cops take on great admiration over Mr. Boo's high professional ability and begin a series of blundering attempts to help him win his wife back. Yang lures Mr. Boo's wife to a skiing trip in Hokkaido. When Mr. Boo hears of this, he masterminds a plan to follow the couple and to sabotage his rival's plan on a frozen lake and a snowy cliff. Mr. Boo and his rival engage in hilarious yet hair-raising skating and skiing duels.
The story ends with Mr. Boo beating his rival and winning back his lovely wife.
