I once told a friend I would watch anything with Edwige Fenech and love it. Then she was in "Hostel 2" (which I really didn't like) but it was a cameo and I said it didn't count. But then this rather sad little film came hobbling along and I was forced to admit there are some things that even Edwige Fenech can't save. I like the other two comedies I have seen her in, "Giovannia" and "Ubalda", but this one just didn't click for me. I can't put my finger on the root of the problem, but the problem was there and even Edwige Fenech getting naked every few minutes couldn't turn it around. Definitely not the best, and even for a fan of '70s sex comedies like me it wasn't great. |
