| Overview: | Despite being married to the gorgeous Gioia (Edwige Fenech), the businessman Gianni Ferretti (Alberto Lionello) cannot help to betray her with any woman he put his eyes on. Fed up with the mischievous behavior of her husband, Gioia decides that it’s time to get her revenge. To this purpose the handsome Patrizio (Ray Lovelock) happens to be the perfect candidate.
"The Virgo, The Taurus And The Capricorn is one of the finest example of the famous Italian sexy comedies of the ’70s. Directed by the grand master of the genre, Luciano Martino, the movie has all the classic elements that made this kind of cinema so successful. Not to mention the all star cast: along with the sexy star Edwige Fenech, there is a full parade of Italian comic character actors: Alberto Lionello, Aldo Maccione, Alvaro Vitali, only to name a few.
The astrological title is based on an all Italian words joke: Virgo is the "virgin" Edwige Fenech (or almost so...), the Taurus is the "macho" lover bull Ray Lovelock, and the Capricorn is the betrayed husband Alberto Lionello, according to the fact that betrayed men are said to have horns.
