Plot:	In future Las Vegas, the latest rage is illegal virtual reality games dealing with sex and violence. But when a millionaire industrialist hires an expert scientist to help him sell these "games" overseas, the Grid Runners step in to put an end to it.
Overview:	Vegas is home to the world's largest Virtual Reality arcade, featuring the "forbidden games", like full body cyber sex and lethal combat war games; and Dr. Lawrence Cameron is an expert in cyber-plasmic theory. Millionaire industrialist J.C. Burroughs hires Dr. Cameron, so that he can sell them to overseas millionaires. David Quarry is the best Grid Chaser on the Las Vegas Border Patrol, and the only one sent out when the Grid Runners are armed and dangerous. In Los Angeles, he is attacked by Burroughs' henchmen, lead by the evil Zelazny. Finally, with the assistance of Lana, Quarry gains a victory...
